Delegating Work to Agents: Goal, Verifier, Workspace

I will talk about migrating a legacy search service from Python to Rust with AI agents doing all the work. I will start with the dream of leaving them alone for a week and coming back to a finished service. I'll show where that broke and what we had to build by hand first. Listeners will leave with a scheme for what to hand to agents, what to keep, and why the fully autonomous loop didn't close yet.
