Practical magic: how to experiment without breaking production

Last year, we demystified the witchcraft of CRO development. This year, we're getting our hands dirty and answering the question I heard the most: "but how the hell do you actually build an A/B test?" We'll go behind the scenes of a live experiment, from the infrastructure that makes it possible to the code that makes it happen, and build one from scratch. All while making sure production doesn't go up in flames. 🔥 Bring a laptop with an internet connection. No pre-installation or setup needed.

Presentation

Demystifying CRO Development – the Witchcraft of Coding for Experimentation

Conversion rate optimisation development is a peculiar craft — tests that must not break the site, experiments that bias their own results, and rollouts that need to be invisible. A practical tour of the hidden complexity.
